This is another of my Dad’s photos from his service during the Korean War. I was very surprised to see the Greyhound logo on this bus. I wonder if perhaps Greyhound were there to provide transport for our servicemen & women there? Or, an enterprising local simply copied something that was familiar in the US?

I didnt’t want all those folks looking at the photos from Buffalo thinking that massive amounts of snow are unique to Buffalo. This shot is from 1978 in southwest Michigan. We had over 10ft of snow for the season that year.
Somewhere under that snow is a ’68 Toyota Land Crusier; lovingly refered to as ‘Crusher’. 😉

60 years ago today my parents were married. It is truely an amazing testiment to their love, commitment and stubbornness. It is an acomplishment of sublime beauty that I am unlikey to duplicate in my lifetime.
Thanks for everything Mom & Dad – I love you.
