Goin’ for the drama in this shot. The lighting was very ‘top heavy’ for this show so the face shadows were quite pronounced. So rather than fight them, I embrached them. What do you think?

The Freedom Train visited Kalamazoo, MI in July 1975. I was still shooting with my Dad’s old Pony 135 in those days.

This is our second time seeing him in Lowell. A truely high-energy and engaging performer. The encore included a ‘When the Saints come marching home” stroll through the audience.
