photo365 – Day 220
I’ve seen Marcia 3 or 4 times now and it never gets old. It’s a good ol’ fashioned foot stampin’ New Orleans boogie time!

This show was a highlight of the 2012 season for me. Gaelic Storm are great fun to see live and I look forward to seeing them again.
The donkey’s name is Darcy and is the namesake of one of their songs.
Apparently I never posted shots from this show so you’ll have to settle for their 2009 show here: https://www.flickr.com/photos/streamingmeemee/sets/72157622320837723/

I was intrigued by the juxtiposition of the moderity of the graffiti against the old stone and tile buildings in the background. Granada is a beautiful city, I would love to return some day.

I captured this image during a ‘Save Market Basket’ rally today. For those of you outside New England the back story is a bit long to include here. The very short version is a family owned grocery chain is being destroyed by a family feud. Normally this isn’t news but the family business in question has revenues of over $4B (that’s billion with a ‘B’) and rated #7 nationaly by Consumer Reports. Google is your friend.
