A #throwbackthursday shot for you today; this one from 2007.
I first heard Shemekia Copeland, daughter of Texas bluesman Johnny Copeland, at the Lowell Folk Festival around 2005 and she blew us away! This image was made a few years later when she headlined at the Lowell Summer Music Series.

You still use PERL?!?
Yes, I do. Along with a bunch of other non-hip tools such as PHP, Apache, Squid,MySQL – I guess that makes me ‘old-school’. 😉
I came across a blog post today that identified an entire toolset for PERL based development ground in today’s best practices for software engineering. Good stuff.
